Do you offer OEM and ODM private labeling?+

What is the typical lead time for bulk orders?+
Samples typically ship in 7-15 business days. Standard bulk orders ship in 15-35 business days depending on SKU and quantity. OEM/ODM projects require 30-45 days for tooling and first-article approval. Repeat orders on stocked SKUs are often faster.
What warranty and after-sales support do you provide?+
2-year warranty on commercial devices, 3 years on flagship beds. Lifetime access to our technical support portal. On-site support available for distribution partners.
Can I visit your factory before placing a large order?+
Yes. Qualified buyers can request a factory visit by appointment. Production walkthroughs and product demonstrations are arranged on request.
